Universal glue Alfakley 207
Description
Universal adhesive Alfakley 207 is a durable one-component adhesive that connects a wide variety of materials.
APPLICATION AREA
The adhesive is intended for gluing foam rubber, latex, batting, fabric, coconut coir together in any combination, as well as for gluing these materials to wood, plywood, cardboard, chipboard, OSB in the production of upholstered furniture and mattresses.
ADVANTAGES
Alfakley 207 forms an elastic adhesive seam that can withstand repeated deformation loads. The specially selected extended open time allows the gluing operation to be carried out quickly and at the same time leaves room for correction. The short initial setting time allows almost immediately after gluing to carry out further operations with the glued product without interrupting the production process.

Directions for use
Preparation of materials
The surfaces to be bonded must be dry and clean.
Before gluing, keep the materials at room temperature (from +18˚ C to 25˚ C).
Applying glue
The glue must be applied to one of the surfaces to be glued using a pneumatic spray gun (nozzle diameter 1.4 - 2.0 mm, pressure 4 - 6 ATM). Application of glue is possible both one-sided and two-sided. Work should be carried out at ambient temperatures from +15˚ C to +25˚ C in a ventilated room using respiratory and eye protection.
The applied layer of glue should be uniform, the drops of glue should be small, this is achieved by adjusting the torch of the pneumatic spray gun.
After application, the surfaces to be bonded should be connected within the open time. Final curing occurs after 24 hours.
Important information
Opening time depends on air temperature. High temperature speeds up the setting time, low temperature slows down the process.
With double-sided application, the open time increases.
Excess glue leads to long-term residual stickiness inside the adhesive joint and possible shifting of parts.
Additional Information
Conditions for safe use and storage
Avoid accidental glue leaks and protect clothing and work surfaces.
Store tightly closed at temperatures between -10˚ C and + 25˚ C.
Shelf life 6 months from the date of production.
If frozen, the glue completely restores its original consistency and properties at room temperature.
The glue should not be heated to temperatures above 30˚ C. Containers with glue should not be exposed to heat sources or direct sunlight.
Removing glue
Use Alpha Solvent 400 adhesive remover.
